We need to rethink development hashtag#cooperation from the ground up. It’s not about “what” needs to change, it’s about “how”.

→ Putting country leadership & platforms at the center.
→ Shifting beyond public finance to a full ecosystem of flows & instruments.
→ Addressing real trade-offs across countries, systems & financing models.
→ Defining where development cooperation can actually deliver impact.
